I think need refound money and use alternative programm

I have the exact same problem, IGG has always been a huge pain in the ass to get working. I used to use a better program called gameplayer but it hasn’t been updated in years.

I had the same situation and tried everything and it ficed when I installed iGameGuardian fix from flex from ( ayyehooyah )

I talked with developer and I found some interesting results , first of all if you installed a paycj from flex , it might bypass the first error but make igg useless cause you will take an unlimited processing time or seraching stuck better to say . 

If you are using uncover for ios 11 , so unistall igg and install igg for ios 12 . ( I know you have ios11.x.x ) but developer just told me and it corrected my IGG . 

If it didn’t work , so send an email to developer team and wait till they send you a response. After it try to open the igg 20 times to see the loading .

reisntalling igg , flex with any patch , jailbreak and rejailbreak and .... are useless . 

Just send an easy email to developer and don’t waste your time to see some stupid video in youtube from stupid people .
