I have read many FAQs and I have followed all of his instructions in the FAQ but still not working , can you help me by another way ?

exactly , all not working , I emailed the second time and he said he would reset but it was not working

Use iclean pro for clean all igg.

find any file igg from iFile and remove.

remove igg1 and igg2 from /var/mobile

and install latest igg from igg official

maybe reset the phone like all
