EDIT: I've also tried copying the .dylib and .plist files to TweakInject folder, but there were already files there... I replaced them and still the menu doesn't pop up.

Make sure the hack's bundle ID matches your app's bundle id!

They definitely match.
I tried AffluentSky's tutorial and reinstalling TweakInjector, PreferenceLoader, and Substrate Compatibility Layer.. still no iGGM.
