Screen is unresponsive keep clicking but nothing happens except zooming and and viewing ship at start of the game, please help, thank you!

Laxus I very much appreciate your hard work you are hand down the best on iosgods I never thought enjoying games as much before you are truly the best, I would really appreciate if you could help me with this game battle of warships I love this game and can’t play as I described above when I start game th screen is unresponsive except moving viewing ship around but when I click on anything else no response what so ever, I will record my screen if you need me to, I’m on iPad iOS 12.4 currently if you need me to give you any more details please let me know, thank you in advance!
