Did you play any mission ? 

I tested it and it 's working just fine for me in missions

@DanYali did , i tried to run chapter 1 but stats still the same , other futures worked fine just not the stat one

edit: Nvm , it works   , but the problem

1)only if you equip normal weapon , if you equip unique weapon of that hero , max stat of unique weapon is 5470 damage only. even if it enhance +90.

2)for normal gears :even if it enhance to +20 5stars , the stat is the same just like the one enhance +0 , 1 star.

Leave the stats , Equip and go to mission ...
