I've wondered if i could open a GSM that accepts only US or a specific SIM to a Global sim accepter.

Can I do it by myself or only a cellular company can do it? because they said they will charge me for 400$ opening Iphone X to global SIM and it piss me off.

Can't you pay to get it unlocked?
