Help/Support Error: “The package needs to be reinstalled“

I tried to install Springtomize 4 on my iPhone 6s+ (ios 11.3.1 - electra jailbreak) and now my Cydia is blank. I can‘t search for anny tweak to install or delete. Everytime I open Cydia the following error pops up: The package com.yourepo.kiiimo.st4 needs to be reinstalled, but I can‘t finde an archive for it. 

I really dont know what to do, pls help me guys!

I already deleted the original files from that path and nothing changed

Look up APT —uninstall or —clear

did you deleted CydiaUpdateHelp  from coolstar cydia update??

I had exactly same issue with a package,not even force remove dont work.

Run CydiaUpdateHelp ,this will downgrade cydia

open cydia ,it should load now.Update cydia again

I deleted it ...is there a way to bring it back to my device usin Filza or PC?
