The Tier 21 rifles require approximately  4,259M to upgrade the final upgrade before you can spend pvp points to finish the upgrades. If you send me an ipa with that set or tell me how to modify the value, I will test it for you and report back if it bugs or not... 

 

Another idea would be to change the modifier of item purchases and upgrade purchases to increase the currency by the purchase amount rather than deducting the purchase amount. It would likely be a change from a “-“ to a “+” iirc from my days of modding on Android. Had some memory loss though so I don’t have much recollection of the actual code.
