Help/Support I Reset All Settings and Now Cydia is gone!

I erased all data & settings from my ipad ,, and it removed cydia and all the Tweaks i downloaded from it ,, but now when i want to jailbreka my ipad again it says that it's already jailbroken ,, and i re-jailbreaked it ,, but cydia didnt appear ,, everyone says that i have to restore then jailbreak ,, the problem is my ios is 7.0.4 and i cant restore without doing an update to ios 8.3 ,, anyone got an idea how to get cydia back ?

I remember a topic with the same issue you have. He/She wasn't able to solve it without restoring.

Yes, there's Semi-Restore which removes everything except Cydia but in your case, Cydia is already removed so Semi-Restore might possibly make it worse.

Yes, there's 2 topics in Tutorials about it but like I said, it will probably cause more issues than solve. You might need to find a way to reinstall the Cydia.deb but I'm not sure how you can do that when you have no iFile, no Apple File Conduit, etc.
