Help/Support How to know the files/folder an app created?

Hi,

I just wanted to know if there exist any way that i can know every directory that a applications creat when you install it. If is not, is there any way to search all directories for a name file? I had tried with ifile, but it only let me search in the current folder

an app which you install from appstore usually creates the folders and files in the app folders.

 

iOS 7/6 and lower users: /User Applications/AppName using iFunBox or /var/mobile/Applications/AppName using iFile/Filza.
 
iOS 8 users: /User Applications/AppName using iFunBox or /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/AppName using iFile/Filza.

 

if you want to go to the Binary folder of the app on iOS 8 , go to /var/mobile/Containers/Application i think . hope that answers your query. also i can search through all files and folder in iFile? you can try Filza if you find it convinient.

Thanks, but there are still some files that the app install in a unknow directory, I just got an idea and i will trie it. I will restore the ipad, and copy all files in the pc, then download the app, copy again everything and i will compare every folder...

The way is very long but I hope its work

Im trying to hack apptrailers, I have done all tweaks related with this and I still can't reset some files of the application. I want to know if the app is saving something somewhere in my device. I will check it out and I tell you if i can found something.

 

By the way, do you know if there is any app that can show like the resources that other app use? with the resources i mean very directory that it had been modified but some app

lol you upgraded to ios 8.3 follow the tutorial in Tutorials section by me to downgrade from 8.3 to 8.2

Have you tried that?
