Help/Support Solved** Helix Jailbreak on iPad 4 10.3.3 Black screen error

I am in some guidance of what to do with my 4th Gen iPad. I just recently installed Helix on it and every time I launch Cydia it kicks to a black screen then goes back to the main screen. I have tried going into ifile and following these steps.     

Download iFile for iOS here and sideload it with Cydia Impactor.
Open Filza and navigate to – /var/mobile/library/cydia.
Delete metadata.cb0 file.
Now navigate to /var/mobile/library/caches and delete com.saurik.cydia file.
Restart your iPhone or iPad. Cydia will now start working again.

 

I have also tried to rerun H3lix without any luck. I've looked around the web but haven't found anything to point me in the right direction so I'm turning to you guys.

Restore to fresh state and try to jailbreak again, something messed up
