Its a programme you download to your PC,it has a virtual location feature.You have to have your iPhone/Ipad connected to PC and you can jump around any location.It may have a free trial period but there is a one off payment for lifetime use(around $35 dollars if I remember correctly)Also works with Jurassic world alive.I have been using for around 2 years now.
