You can get all the parts by just buying the same car over and over again and strip'n them. Use the gold feature and keep that on and when you run out of money, use gold to buy the needed cash. Not sure what you mean by "paid cars".

For example, when you buy a tier 5 car it will come with 96 fusion parts available to install, as oppose to 128 which is the max for those cars.)
