So you can use any cheat engine type program to hack these stats in this game. It's a pretty simple search, and here is an example of what you can do:

Could you please elaborate on the search/change process a bit if possible? I've been trying with GameGem but getting nowhere so far, too many values and the app does it spottily...

Not much to say.....I just searched for All values. Unfortunately, GameGem is very hit or miss right now with how well it works. For example, when I had something that was a value of 4, I kept getting 0 results, but when I increased it to 5 and searched, then it found lots of values.

 

Alternatively, you could just use this:
