i have Ios 10.1.1 Yalu 102

i want to download new apps but discover it's required version 11 and newer

please is there anyway i can update the software to latest version including stable jailbreak .. electra or anything ..

You can only update your Device to 11.4 you cant install a jailbreak for iOS 11.4 and Apple stops signing the others IPSW

Unless you have SHSH blobs saved, you can only update to the latest version of iOS which is currently 11.4.1 and that's not Jailbreakable.
