Help/Support gamegem not working on ios 11.3

i have an issue with gamegem, everytime i search for a value in any game on my ipad and iphone which both run on 11.3 i get 0 results every search, anyone got better ideas or have a better alternative

Everyone has that issue. Use iGG instead.

i bought that one for my iphone 6s plus when my mom got it for me and then the next day i got a new phone

you cant on ios 11 plus he reset my license for my new phone
