Probably it will crash. The iPhone 6 only has 1 GB of memory. The earliest device it is compatible with is the iPhone 6S because it has 2 GB of memory. Sorry to crush your dreams but you’ll either have to get a new iPhone or live without Fortnite Mobile because it will never come to the iPhone 6.
