I’m on iOS 11.2.6 and enable the tweaks every time but Gem offers still come up and redirect me to the store every time I press them. Anyone have a fix?

hey I've installed the deb file successfully and logged into iosgods from the app but theres no difference in gameplay and I don't see a menu in either the app or in settings, what should I do?
