Only this one gets stuck, i use impactor 0.9.50 on several apps with no problem at all, broadband connection and same pc.

It stops in tr.lproj/InfoPlist.strings, tried on different hours and same result, waited for half an hour each time

maybe corrupt file? will redownload just in case.

Nope because I can install it without any problem  I suggest you switch to another computer and try again, also if you on iOS 11 and above you can only sideload 3 apps on your idevices

Thanks for your reply, redownloaded file and same result, will try on another computer. Previous versions never had problems.

Ipad air with one app, iPhone with 2 apps and Ipad air 2 with 3 apps, all of them with iOs 11.4.1, i knew the 3 apps limit and 9 apps per apple id
