I was able to do it successfully!

 

Tips: Turn off Siri, Face ID / Touch ID / Passcode, Turn Airplane mode on, closed all apps, cleared RAM

 

 Encountered a couple of reboot (it means it doesn't work). But instead of rerunning Electra right away, always try to reboot manually after an unsuccessful attempt. Then Try to rerun Electra > Jailbreak again.
