Use Google to add. Add it to whatever address has the current value. Like if you have tiny mushrooms at 0x100000, then the big root address will be 0x100000 + 0x1B = 0x100001B. The bluk berry will be at +0x1B after that at 0x1000036 and so on.

For ingredients in the pot menu scan int16 for one food quantity, do a mission and hope.to get one of those. Search again inside the pot menu the new value, modify and lock to 950?? 

Exit the pot and enter the  again, success.
