Help/Support how to downgrade ios 8.3 to 8.2 or 8.1.3

i have iphone 5s and my iphone version is 8.3 and how to downgrade to 8.2 or 8.1.3 is this possible if this is possible so please any one give me any idea really i am sooo thanks fulll of you

1. visit this page https://ipsw.me/

2. choose your device. select the 8.2 firmware

3. download it

4. connect your device to computer

5. hold shift. than press Restore iPhone /  Restore iPad

6. navigate to the downloaded .ipsw file

Dont forget to backup your device first
