Try login into your fb account after downloaded the game, if you still can’t download the content then I have no idea, check your network/ dns

I believe the connection problems are due to iOS 13. I’m on 13.1 beta 3 and I’ve been having connection problems with this app as well as homescapes after installing iOS 13 beta. 
 

I believe the main problem is due to the changes in the binary ID name. What ever the game is looking for to connect to its server is not working with this game and hack. I believe some workaround may be the key to disguise the hacked app binary name from the original one.

Dude it is your iOS problem. Some app/ game need to be updated for iOS 13 and its doesn’t even out yet
