First i install igg from cydia and i paid money and register but it say invalid error then i reinstall igg again but now theres no igg in my phone.and when i look in to cydia and go to igg the option are reinstall,remove,downgrade....what should i do now?

idk. You can reboot and try with tweak mode on, I haven't used igg on ios 11
