try uninstalling, rebooting PC and iphone and then reinstall, try to have your internet connected to your home network where it is the strongest. I downloaded and it works fine for me

post you issue in tech support so they can find a solution for you, alternatively post your issue in a nutshell in chat box on homepage and the administrator will be able to direct you better
