Is there a way I can send you a video of what’s happening it’s not like a normal thing where it just crashes it’s an endless loop of trying to update

You don't, like I said it is a known issue on iOS 13

I had this same issue back on IOS 12 when the game version was 3.0.0 but i guess I’ll just have to wait for a fix

I don’t understand your statement. How can it be an issue of ios 13 if the original game is working? It seems more an issue of the hack.
