Hi, im new in jailbreak.. can someone guide me how to jailbreak my iphone 6 (ios11.3.1).. or which ios can be jailbreak..

Not anymore, apple stopped signing the IOS 11.0 and 11.1.2

Yes, but only if you saved your blobs from when it was being signed. Otherwise no.

No it isn’t anymore as mentioned above apple stopped signing anything less than 11.4
