Help/Support iOS 9.3.2 looking to upgrade to iOS 10

Hello, is it still possible to upgrade to ios 10.x? I can't use lots of apps that I would like to do because I'm still on ios 9. If I can do this, do I need to unjailbreak my phone and then jailbreak it again? Will I lose all of the tweaks I have installed and therefore have to install them again? (Most if not all of the tweaks I have are compatible with both). Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

No, unless you have an iPhone 5 or something that doesn't support iOS 11 and the last version was iOS 10.

If your device is an A7 chip device and has shsh2 blobs for any iOS 10.x version, you can.

Some A7 devices are iPhone 5S and iPad Mini 2.
