I cleared safari history but it still says "VIP cheat locked"

I can't try the 2nd method because the banner on top doesn't appear. Might be the ipa itself. I don't have any problem with the other ipas.

Hmm? There should be a small logo banner appear at the top with your profile picture when you successfully signed in, tap on it to signout and clear cache

Otherwise go into iOS settings -> safari -> clear history and cache. Delete the game. Reboot. Install the game again and login inside it instead on Safari
