Help/Support ios update 11.3.1

hi guys when i m trying to update the ios with itunes pressing update + shift 

its giving error 4000 can not update the iphone 

how to solve it before apple turn off the update

you should press shift then the update button, then you will need to search for the 11.3.1. Ios version file which you can download in ipsw.me

i did that but gives me error 4000 dont know i updated laptop and itunes

You should check first if you're already in that version, and also turn off passcode while you update try it again

it's usually the passcode thing

ok i check it its 11.2.6 and now will try removing the passcode
