I need help

I download DisneyHeroes No Jailbreak cheat 1.1.1 Modded IPA by iOSGods.com.

I download last version at Cydia Impactor.

I launch "Impactor.exe"

He write : iPhone of Identik [number massive]

                  install Cydia Extender

I put "DisneyHeroes.ipa" on this.

I enter my itunes email, and my password apple (create with https://appleid.apple.com)

After he say : Loading List, loading Assets.car, Disney.jar , sound.mp3 and DH...

When it's finish, loading at DH

Cydia Impactor close, me i think it's ok but i have no icon on my mobile

Someone help me (sorry for my bad english // i'm french )
