Help/Support Phoenix latest version no pc

So my jailbreak on 9.3.5 broke and if I get latest version of Phoenix jb I can reinstall it. Don't have pc and need a site that host latest version  .

not sure that someone help me in this so ignore if not possibl

Can't you just use Cydia Ext3nder to resign the app that's what I and most people do for Electra.

No I mean not app ,no Cydia all broken in jb, latest version has reinstall of jailbreak but without pc I can't do anything

Devices with iOS 9.3.5 are mostly 32-bit which means they cannot run ext3nder

there're no online signed versions of it. get a PC and sideload.
