I went into profile and devices manager and selected trust for my apple id, and the app. However, the app opens and crashes immediately.. Any ideas?

Thanks. Installation works now, but the game only recognizes the coins & dollars I really have (and not the number shown on the app) so I am constantly getting the "Missing resources" message.  So buying stuff/leveling up only adds the money I would usually get.
