It seems to be, but only during fights, and you don’t seem to need to have anything actually active for it to happen. I uninstalled it and all the lag disappeared.

They're right, somehow it's become super laggy, seems like it occurs after using the new menu template.

It might be a temporary issue with the game since it did not lag before?

well, it never started happening before, you used a different template this time right? I saw it when I first installed the hack, it gave me a kind of popup about smth. Without the hack installed everything works flawlessly, with hack installed 3-5 fps ingame

No, it’s the same. No major changes. Perhaps a feature is causing the issue or DBL itself changed something to create these lags.
