so i bought vip to get this jailbroke my ipad with uncover and when i try to install deb file with filza it shows its downloaded in cydia app but cant open it and isnt on home screen some one help please

This is just a mod menu not the app. You need the install dragon ball legends first, then install the deb and hit okay from filza, not respring. Next time you launch legends it will take about 20-30 seconds longer to load the first time then a mod menu will pop up. Sign in and use the mod menu on the side for whatever you want enabled
