General Building Search Engine and learning Code-languages

So i had an idea that i want to build a search engine but ! it needs a lot of stuff starting with languages !

 

so i wanted to know what is the best way to start learning languages or which one is the best to start with !

hahaha yeah like google but i want it in my language first ! that's where the idea came from i want to help my people to search easily and get the right result !

I read some stuff about it some use java , some use software to make it easier , i guess so many languages
