Help/Support unable to install an ipa game

[bluedream 23 iPad Air 2 9.3.2]

was trying to install a game shared by another member here but after installing it with impactor , ifun box and even resigning it the app kept crashing upon start 

got the crash error  but I don't get the error which is library not loaded had tried it on an iPhone and it works well 

any help?

oh I manage to run the game fine before on the same device but on an older version didn't think the update requires iOS 10
