As of now the hack only seems NOT to be working on the Yalu jailbreak. Or the iOS 10 itself. If you REALLY play this game & you want some gems, do the following:

 

-Go to your app files, make a zip of both 'Libary' & 'Documents' folder.

- Upload the zip to anything you like (Google Drive, Dropbox etc)

- Send me the link of your zip in PM!

- I'll then gain access to your account & buy gems.
