Help/Support Unable to backup iPhone 5 on iTunes...?

So i just restored my whole iPhone and im after re-jailbreaking my phone and now iTunes wont let me back it up on my Pc.

The box that says to back up my phone is grayed out and i can only backup to the iCloud.

iTunes 12.7.3.46

Dunno what to do...

Please be more specific. Why doesn't it allow you to back up? What does it say? Your iTunes version? Your iOS version.
