I just dowloaded a file named "iPhoneOS7.0.sdk.tbz2" what do i do with it ?

Exactly like it is, send it to /var/theos/sdks/ on your iPhone and extract it using iFile.

i installed the sdk now i got this :

[CmakLove 9.7k 17]

I don't know how the f**k i did this but i just got a .deb
