What meaning of thinning the binary

and how can I do it to make some hacks that work on x32 work on x64.

It means removing the arm64 portion of the binary, so if your phone is a x64 device will load the x32 binary. iOS 11 users can only load x64.

iOS 11 only can do x64. While below iOS 11 allows x64 devices to use x32 portion or x64.

you can't make x32 work on x64 in iOS 11
