Is there any tutorial about how to translate Unity games out there?
I found a lot of resources to reverse engineer / unpack Unity files, but no found the localization of the translation. (Chinese Game)

Then how the hell do you expect to change a game to English  you should let the devs do it.

You would need a unity extractor to extract the compressed files. Language files must be in there somewhere. Look at the executable also, see if you can find out where the language file is being called from.

Localizing games is not an easy task. It is very important to provide the correct translation and not to overlook any details. A friend of mine works for this company - https://translationreport.com/game-localization-services and says that they are very responsible for translating game content. I think this is the correct approach.
