Dont want to remove it!

Open cydia , Go to installed and on top right click on Recent and tell the name of tweak which is on top ?

Cant remove without gettting the error!

I think he has some files in the installing/removal queue which can't be deleted. Clear it and then try again

Wont let me clear!

Already have it. But cant reinstall without error.

Put your iphone in safe mode then try 

[castix 18.5k iPhone X 12.1.1]

Try the following commands
 

apt-get update 
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude -f install

If it doesn't work

sudo dpkg --force all --remove
