Why did you reinstall Cydia? And how did you?

first becasue i turn my iphone off by holding my lock buttom. so cydia wasnt work any more, because the hacks dont work because saw nothing in the settings *mod menu's*

so i reinstall electra and still not working the hacks and now i cant install nothing any more
