Hi,

Can you all please help to give me a clue, keyword, or tutorial about how to mod like this at The Sims Mobile?

Take a look at Android-Inline-Hook at github, you can also find the similar library as such that can hook into game's libs and patching function at runtime, as long you have Android Ndk and some knowledge of C++, this task will be easy.
