If you buy new from app store , IOS 6 installed in Iphone 5 , IOS 7 installed in Iphone 5c&5s & IOS 8 installed in iphone 6 & 6+,

Depends on when the iPhone was manufactured. Most likely it will be on a non-jailbreakable version now though..
