Turn it off, plug it in your pc hold home button and restore. I had the same problem

i already told her

Yes when she put it in DFU mode PC auto detects her iPhone and itunes comes on her screen then she can restore it

Actually, the correct way to boot into Recovery mode is by:

 

Turn your iPhone off completely. When it's off, hold the home button then plug in the USB.

 

That should get you in recovery mode. Make sure iTunes is opened on your Pc. :)

It worked now with DFU but on an other laptop. I think because it had a different itunes version.. weird O.o

I hope downgrading will work fine  :ermm:

You can downgrade to 8.2 but you still won't have a Jailbreak. :/
