I cant install it cydia impactor gets stuck but other hacked games work fine.

Try to make a  new apple account and use that! i can asure you, the game was tested by me on ios 10.2.1 and 11.3.1

And it works on those versions

If same with a new account itunes means it  not works on that ios version.
