Help/Support Ios 6.1.3 jailbreak help!

I don't know what happend with my first post. If this showes up twice, im sorry!

Hey! I have wanted to get in to hacking and such for a long time now but I just havn't really started. Today I decided that I should start train and try more so I went through all of my stuff and found a old Iphone 3GS ios 6.1.3 that I could train hacking on. I needed Jailbreak so I searched up "how to jailbreak ios 6.1.3" or something like that to find out how to jailbreak it. I downloaded the stuff I needed (redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 and iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore). I followed the video and I was supposted to run redsn0w and that was what I tried to do... But when I clicked on it I just get this error message:

Certain operatins (like the A5 jailbreak) are disabled due to incomplete iTunes libraries. Please be sure the latest iTunes is installed.

Software\Apple Inc.\Apple Mobile Device Support\InstallDir not found

I hope anyone can help me! I appreciate all help I can get!
