Help/Support SAFARI Crashes When opening + It respirings? ELECTRA HELP

Ok so safari works if not jailbroken 

 

now when I am ever since I’ve had Electra or toggled it

 

i open safari it just stays white page and then crashes ..... so I have to open it literally talking 15 times and it finally works 

 

 

and then only if I open safari a few minutes even 1-10 minutes later it crashes and it says that error about if it’s normaly or whatever restart springboard 

 

WHAT IS THIS?

If you have any safari tweaks or tweaks that deal with safari I suggest removing them

I have no tweaks hardly 

 

all I have is literally localiap and lithos ion

 

thats only tweaks??? App I have are flex but no safari options so idk
